Head of Strategy-Americas-Remote

This is an exciting opportunity to build from the ground up, as the role is newly created and offers a clean slate to shape strategy and make a lasting impact.

The Head of Strategy will play a critical role in shaping and executing the long-term strategic vision for the Americas region. This senior-level position is responsible for driving sustainable growth and securing a competitive advantage through strategic planning, high-impact decision-making, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting directly to the CEO of Region Americas, the Head of Strategy will lead the development and implementation of regional strategies, including overseeing key initiatives, facilitating strategic alignment across departments, and applying methodologies such as Hoshin Kanri. The role also includes guiding regional sales and operational expansion and defining and executing the M&A roadmap to support business growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence the direction of the organization and make a lasting impact across the region.

Vice President Operations/Procurement-New Jersey

A multinational manufacturer of wire and cable seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to build, create, and execute the manufacturing and procurement strategy, transitioning from a site-optimized model to a fully integrated approach that enhances operational efficiency and spend optimization across the Americas.

This role will have end-to-end accountability for factory operations, procurement, logistics, and customer service, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives. A key responsibility will be to lead a major plant expansion, delivering on time and within budget while maintaining operational continuity.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable being hands-on in the field and presenting at the board level, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional execution, optimize global supply chain operations, and support scalable growth.

A growing compounder with an entrepreneurial culture is adding to their commercial team to expand in the healthcare market. 

This position will develop business with healthcare OEM's as well as guide the company on how to expand their product line for future growth.  Healthcare is a new space for the company and they have a long term view, knowing it takes 2-3 years to develop the market.  

Plant Manager-El Paso

A wire and cable manufacturing plant operates two 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, and employs approximately 30 people. The operation is in solid shape, having undergone a successful transformation over the past 18 months. We’re now seeking a hands-on leader with a continuous improvement mindset to build on that momentum and drive ongoing operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with a strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical to sustaining and advancing the progress already made, ensuring the plant continues to operate efficiently and effectively.

The company is a privately held company that puts its employees first. They only play in engineering material markets. This position will be working to develop new technologies to add to their current portfolio as well as tweaking current products to meet specific customer requirements.

Color Lab Manager-Connecticut

A privately held, growing company with a very stable
leadership team located near Hartford, CT.  I know people that work
there and they say the owner is very dedicated to his employees.  They
compound engineering resins and color is a big part of why they win
business.  The leadership team is very stable.

This is a new role, as the VP of operations has been handling a lot of
the responsibility.  The candidate would be responsible for new color
matches to new programs as well as manage 7 (3/2/1 by shift) people
that work with production color requirements.  The operation runs
24/5.  This will report to the VP of Operations.  The customer base is
critical with their colors in markets such as transportation and
appliances.

Sr Color Formulator-Pennsylvania

Senior color formulator for a large family run color business.  This role would be focused on high heat resins such as polysulfone and Ultem.   This is a new role for a growing company.   

Business Development/Account Manager-Detroit

A wire and cable manufacturer seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in wire and cable to drive specification approvals with the Big Three automakers. Recognized for their outstanding reputation and strong brand presence, the company holds a leading position on critical automotive specifications.

In this remote role, you will engage directly with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to promote our high-performance cable solutions, ensuring our products are specified into both new and existing vehicle platforms.
